is one of those gaming beasts that none can beat in this price range, testing this android mobile with a power monitor enabled in Developers settings, which shows lots of info including FPS, FPS graph, Current Temperature, RAM, etc. 

POCO X3 PRO Performance on Apex Legends Mobile
In this post I’m going to discuss POCO X3 Pro’s Performance on Apex legends Mobile Soft Launch Phase at all the Display Settings, also there’s video gameplay footage is shown below.

Before we start

Let me mention that Apex Mobile is in Soft Launch Phase currently and I’m using a VPN to play this game, with a ping around 180. There’s always one hiccup once during landing, not just for this mobile, that's been present since the very first beta.


Software updates do matter highly, My current software update at this point -

I updated the last performance update but not the next version update, usually the slower the device.

The specs required to play Apex Legends Mobile are way less than what we have in POCO X3 Pro, all good.


Display Settings Available in Apex Mobile.


Apex Mobile Display settings

Smooth, Balanced, HD, UltraHD, ExtremeHD, and Original, these Graphics settings are available along with up to 60 FPS (Extreme) separately in the advance setting you can find the option to turn off : Dynamic Shadows and anti-aliasing.

Graphics for POCO X3 Pro - From smooth to the original level, this mobile supports Smooth to ExtremeHD with Extreme High FPS settings which is capped at 60 FPS, Ultra is capped at 50 FPS, and High is capped at 45 FPS.

There's a separate option to turn off dynamic shadows and anti-aliasing.


POCO X3 Performance :

ExtremeHD :

ExtremeHD with Dynamic shadows and Anti-aliasing on while FPS Extreme is enabled, the FPS stays around 50 (45-56) but there’s no lag or hiccups in-ground although sometimes frame drop is there.

HD : 

HD Graphics with Extreme FPS enabled also Dynamic Shadows and Anti-aliasing turned on, FPS is slightly better than ExtremeHD, add up 5 to 7 FPS compared to ExtremeHD, frame drop here also present sometimes but there’s no lag or hiccup in the ground.

Dynamic Shadows and Anti-aliasing make a good difference.
