Complete Info and Calculation of Global Release Date based on Leaks and hints from Apex Legends Mobile Team.
After a few previous betas including some close beta and some very limited private betas, Apex Legends Mobile is finally in the Soft Launch phase as of now. The current soft launch was started on the 7th of March 2022 for 10 countries - Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Mexico, Peru, Argentina, and Colombia.
This season zero is expected to run for 2 months, this is a monetized season, which means players can buy in-game items / pass with real money, so they just can’t stop the season in the middle, they’ll have to continue till the end, although progress won’t be saved for Global release of Apex Legends Mobile, neither the items bought, rather they will back your in-game currency with a 25% bonus AS IN-GAME CURRENCY when it launches for global.
Respawn, the Developers of Apex Legends Mobile don’t want to provide any advantage for the regions that get early access, the reason everyone will have to start it at the same time globally, considering there will be a global leader board, rank system, etc.
So when will we see the Global Release? We have hints, leaks, and simple maths to calculate the expected time for that. Even before the Soft Launch appeared or was announced, there was a leak (a screenshot) which is actually authentic as we can say that right now after the Soft Launch. Because the leaked screenshot is similar to the current game announcement notice (The notice you see when entering in Apex Legends Mobile Game).
According to the official information pages of Apex Mobile, we are getting the global release this summer which is a pretty broad time frame. Summer starts in June (USA time) but the leaked page suggests that the soft launch was to end on May 15 and Global Launch starts on 29 May (Hold on). Even if it was authentic, this was a bit long ago. After that, we saw that the soft Launch was slightly delayed due to Global affairs.
The current soft launch ends on 7th May, even after the delay and the roadmap end date was 15th May. It seems like either they released a soft launch early or they had plans for multiple soft launches (expanding soft launch to more regions). I clearly remember Respawn earlier said that the soft launch will be expanded in the upcoming few weeks but now their tweets talk about the upcoming global launch. So it seems like they canceled the expansions of the soft launch. In such cases, after the end of the current soft launch, they will take a break before the global launch.
