Palworld is the Craftopia at another level and focused on pokemon like Pals to not just help you fight, craft, ride, fly, etc. They can help you with all sorts of weird things that you can imagine if you played Craftopia.
PalWorld has been in development for some time now the First trailer came in Jun 2021 a year ago and then the 2nd trailer arrived recently. Not just did the second trailer graphics look way more polished and a bit more on the realistic side, and it created a good amount of sensation the way this game provides freedom to do a lot of things that are kinda unseen in mainstream gaming.
Capturing Animals / Creatures were available to Craftopia as well but in Palworld, it's on another level, you capture pokemon style creatures and free to either eat them (sounds weird but that's what game freedom is about) or befriend them to be your, and those pals can help you at anything, like building, crafting, make you fly, be your ride and fighting alongside with you.
As you can see in the screenshots from the trailer, they helping in farming and even helping at factory automation to craft machine guns. While riding on them would be a really fun thing to do, since Palworld has a vast map as said by the Developers team.
TPP shooting is also a thing to explore and survive and apex style sliding is there, slide while shooting but it's Palworld so Pal is going to help at that too, different Pals have different abilities at crafting and fighting skills, which makes it interesting as many people already excited about the fact that "their pokemon" fighting alongside with them.
There's a breeding system to get unique Pals if you missed that.
Hunting with a bow is evergreen fun in survival games.
