Put it in you mind that 'me' should not exist, the 'team' is everything, if you're playing as a particular class, play the ROLE of that particular class, don't look at who is getting how much kill, rather matter should be if your team is winning or not. KS don't exist. Learn to co-ordinate with your team mates & watch at their HP & MP (health point & mana point) as you look look at yours. Don't go alone ever.

Clarification
By bear, I always mean STR bear, by mage I mean either STR mage or INT mage, by bird I mean DEX bird. To make it small I sometime use 'it' rather he/she. The whole tactics, tips and skill building is purely focused on team play and not to play 1vs1.
Skill Build
Max out all the Buffs & AOE skills -
- Bear - Taunt, Beckon (making full is not necessary) , Stomp, Hell Scream, Evade, Rage, Iron Blood
- Mage - Blessing of Might, Blessing of Vitality, Ice Storm, Fire Storm, Weakness, Nightmare, Lightning
- Bird - Focus (8- Exception), Evasion, Thorn Wall, Blast, Shattering Scream

How to choose the team, if you have option. Get a Bear, get a mage & get a bird First preference
Tactics Explained
Case A First preference It's not necessary to bring all STR if the opponent always playing with all STR, rather if played correctly, it would be easier to fight against all STR. Bear go first, mage and bird should be atleast 3-6m behind, if the mage is pally, Bear first, pally few M back and bird just a little behind that. Now if they have a non-STR (N), target it first. Getting on 12m range (considering N is not far behind) hit beckon, now if N get pulled don't hit stomp, rather let your team mates kill it with non AOE skils, if N was not pulled but his team mates STR team mates, then hit stomp to scatter em, all target on N (its dead now) if all get pulled N hit Hell scream (HS) and use non AOE skills to kill the N. So in any circumstances the N should be dead within fraction of time, if all get scatter regroup and repeat. Now time to hit HS, Thorn wall, Lightning that should make a Mega - Hell Storm, if executed properly and was not dodged. If you're a pally you'll get a chance to hit Nightmare before that, then hit shattering scream, ice Storm, blast and fire Storm at last. This is not as difficult as it looks and should happen first (you don't wait to see what others doing much, rather focus to deliver these skills at a time) but make sure mage hit fire at last, hit your non AOE skill the way you like to deliver. I said earlier that you should look at your team's HP and MP as often you like to see yours, whenever required hit heal and hit fire Storm if anyone close to dying, bird won't get much chance to save their team mates as they going to get two hit killed and opponent try to target it desperately, but whenever possible repulse or avian+repulse (close) to save any team mate. Bear beckon and/or Stomp anytime if you see any team mate is very closed to dying. Look at your & your team mates buff, get away unbuffed, don't just buff and jump into enemies, rather look at others if they're ready or not, in case hide behind tree all together.
Case B
You don't have bear in your team. As usual STR go first, at proper range hit fire to make sure opponent miss some, if anyone get pulled or get targeted in you team use heal, target non STR and kill it. At a suitable position hit Nightmare, Weakness, thorn wall, shattering, blast lightning, ice Storm, fire Storm, if executed properly, thorn wall + lightning should make Nature strike, only wait to deliver fire as it will repulse. Meantime and after that hit non AOE skills as you like to do. Keep in mind all the applicable things I mentioned for the Case A.
Case C
You don't have bird in your team. Do all the things you can do, mentions in above cases and which is applicable. Don't forget to target the non STR first and make the opponent to target the bear in you team and keep healing him if necessary and whenever possible, get away if they're desperately targeting you, when you're in proper position against your opponents beckon, nightmare, weakness, hell scream, ice Storm, fire Storm, stomp. Ice + Stomp makes shattered. Weakness + Jell scream makes terror. Remember to target one particular enemy all together. Make sure you're not wasting your team mates combo, like mage was about to hit it's combo and you pushed enemy away by stomping.
Case D
You don't have mage in your team. Follow all the things applicable from above cases. Bird(s) wait to pull stun enemies, at a suitable position and distance hit thron, shatter, blast. Hit hell scream at the time of Shatter that will make terror, break + crushing blow makes crushed. Try to save your team mates. Remember bears are tank not only because they have huge HP, armour, dodge etc but also it has skill like Hell scream that reduce DMG & HIT% so that opponent causes less dmg to whole team mates and misses, that's the form of tanking. Use it wisely. Hit beckon and/or stomp if your team mate(s) are/is about to die. Don't let your team bird getting targated as will enemies will desparetly target em. I'm getting impatience, I'll add/modify latter, also I'll more casses such as 2vs3 etc soon, keep eye on that.

1> Play as Team, play the role of your class.2> Don't go alone.
3> Watching your team mates health and buffs & accordingly is as important as yours.
4> Co-ordinations, AOE Skill, cross class combo damage, perfect timing etc are the keys.
5> Targeting weakest enemy & protecting teams weakest class is vital.
6> Avoid pushing away enemies when your team is in good health and your team is delivering their combo.
7> Focus to target one particular enemy all together, pally should be the next favourite target after non STR.
