An Exynos based, which requires at least 7420 ( March 2015 Launch date)
Smartphone companies take a bit of time to produce phones with that chipset after the Announcement of that SOC. You can check the Specification of your Android phone and can see the chipset it has.
Android Operating version is the android version your phone has, you might be able to upgrade it to a higher version only if your phone manufacturer has dispatched the update, which you can check in the settings of your phone.
